Welcome to NEXT Level PG
NEXT Level PG offers premium paying-guest accommodation in the heart of Koramangala 1st Block, Bengaluru — right where students and working professionals want to be, without the compromises that usually come with PG living.
We run two brand-new properties, each built from the ground up with new furniture, fittings, and a genuine focus on comfort:
- Emerald — a men's PG with new beds, cots, cupboards, and rooms, built for students and working professionals who want comfort without compromise.
- Amber — a women's PG with premium amenities at budget-friendly rates, offering new beds, cots, cupboards, and rooms for the next level of comfort and care.
Why We Exist
We built NEXT Level PG around the three things tenants most often complain about elsewhere in Koramangala: deposits that don't get returned, complaints that go unanswered, and verbal promises that don't hold up. Every resident gets a written agreement, a clearly capped and documented deposit, and direct WhatsApp access to the property manager — so there are no surprises.
What You Get
- Single, double, and triple sharing rooms, all with attached bathrooms and brand-new furniture
- Three meals a day — North and South Indian, home-style
- 24×7 power backup and round-the-clock hot water
- High-speed Wi-Fi with no separate router setup needed
- Shared washing machines and common refrigerator access
- Regular housekeeping
- CCTV at entrances, corridors, and common areas, plus biometric entry
- Two-wheeler parking (availability varies by property)
- No brokerage — you deal with us directly
Where We Are
Both properties sit in Jakkasandra, 1st Block Koramangala — one of the calmer, more residential pockets of the neighbourhood, yet within easy reach of the Koramangala IT and startup corridor, Forum Mall, Sony Signal, and everyday essentials like pharmacies and grocery stores.
- Emerald is a short walk from Wipro Park, Barbeque Nation Koramangala, and Agara Lake.
- Amber is close to the Wipro/Accenture office cluster, with easy access to HSR Layout, Silk Board, and St. John's Hospital.
Who We're For
We host both students and working professionals, and try to match residents with compatible roommates wherever possible. Whether you're settling into Bengaluru for the first time or have been here for years, our aim is to make NEXT Level PG feel like home.
