3. CCTV and On-Site Security
Both properties use CCTV cameras at entrances, corridors, and common areas, and biometric access control at the entrance, for the safety of residents and staff. Footage is used only for security purposes, is accessible only to the property owner/manager, and is retained for a limited period before being overwritten, except where footage needs to be preserved for a specific safety or legal reason.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in the following situations:
