Within 7 working days of move-out, provided the room is handed back in the same condition and you served your notice period. We do a joint room walkthrough so there are no surprise deductions.

Question 9

Why do some PGs in Koramangala refuse to return the deposit?

Accepted Answer

We do not impose harsh lock-in penalties. If you need to leave early for a genuine reason, talk to us.

Yes, a joint walkthrough with you present so any deduction is something you have seen and agreed to.
